Reservations
We accept reservations up to 2 hours before your desired transfer date. For last minute transfer reservations please contact us by phone. Cancellations and changes to the booking must be made 12 hours before your arrival.

Payments
You can pay cash directly to the driver. Payments to the driver must be made in cash upon arrival at the destination. Upon departure, please pay the total amount upon arrival at destination. The main booking name is responsible for the final payment.

Cancellations
All cancellation requests must be received in writing to our email address info@stantontaxis.at at least 24 hours before the day of your first scheduled transfer. Cancellations that meet the above conditions will be refunded using the same payment method and currency used at the time of purchase. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled transfer time shown on your booking voucher are NOT subject to a return.

Baggage
We transport up to two pieces of luggage per person, any additional or special luggage. (Snowboards, skis, etc.) must be specified when booking. We cannot be held responsible for carrying undeclared additional baggage.

Insurance and Guarantees
We are a fully licensed Austrian taxi company. Our company is fully insured and has all the insurance required by Austrian law through the international insurance company. The transfer passenger and his luggage are fully insured.

We are not responsible for delays before or during the transfer caused by external reasons (e.g. weather conditions, accidents, traffic or vehicle breakdown).

Smoking and alcoholic beverages are not permitted in our vehicles. We reserve the right to refuse customers who are under the influence of alcohol or drugs or who endanger our driver. We reserve the right to refuse carriage of your group due to health and safety regulations if you do not advise prior to travel that you require child seats or booster seats. We reserve the right to leave your accommodation 15 minutes after the agreed pick-up time in case a member of your group does not inform our driver of your delay.

The company reserves all rights to change the model of the booked car or van without prior notice to the passenger. We will be waiting at the airport approximately 1 hour after your landing time. Should there be a problem with the luggage, provided you let us know by sending 1 member of your party to find us in the arrivals hall, we will be happy to wait for you until the problem is solved. All legal disputes with the company will be conducted before the District Court of Landeck – Austria.
